"For more than 100 years, Rolex has led the luxury watch industry and is one of the most valuable brands in the world. Timeless, superior in quality and precision, elegant and yet suitable for daily use. We are proud to have been the exclusive representative of Rolex in Zug for many years."
Adrian Rösselet Manager and owner in third generation

Brands

"Breitling is the leading watchmaker of chronographs and pilot watches. Most people believe the first chronograph wristwatch that went into space was Omega. In fact, Breitling was there five months earlier, when astronaut Scott Carpenter wore the Navitimer on his 1962 space flight."
"The French family business is world famous for its high-quality accessories made from the finest leather. In 1928 – long before the introduction of the legendary silk scarves – the Paris flagship store sold the first Hermès watches. The elegant and timeless designs created at the atelier in Biel lead the way with, for example, the famous double strap."
"Tudor develops premium quality sports watches with an excellent price performance – exactly what the Rolex founder Hans Wilsdorf set out to do when he launched the Tudor brand in 1946. He worked for many years to produce a watch that could be sold at a lower price, yet was just as reliable as the Rolex."
"Serafino Consoli combines since 1959 traditional Italian goldsmith art with innovative techniques to create distinctive pieces of jewelery. One of the most famous work of the jeweler from the province of Bergamo is the first multisize ring. "

our history

The oldest specialists in canton Zug
Watches and jewellery over three generations.

1911

Arnold Cäsar Rösselet (1874 - 1955) was a master watchmaker in La Chaux-de-Fonds. On 1 May 1911, he bought the watch business from Jules Keiser in Zug.

Zug was one of the poorest cantons in Switzerland at that time and was the only place where Rösselet could afford to buy a business.

1943

Over the years, Arnold and his son Werner built up a solid customer basis. These customers made it possible for the business to continue through the two world wars and recessions. Huge support from their wives and families also contributed to the success of the business.

1953

Werner Rösselet-Strahm (1913-1993), son of Arnold Rösselet, takes over the business.

Werner led the business to further success with his expertise, unique personality and kind and amiable nature.

1978

Adrian Rösselet-Welti (*1951), grandson of the founder, is the third generation to take over.

2011

Rösselet celebrates its 100 year anniversary.

Having built up long and successful working relationships based on trust, Rösselet now represents exclusive watches by Rolex, Breguet and Breitling, as well as jewellery and watches from a number of other renowned manufacturers.
